Research On Process Design Based On The Knowledge Integration

With the arrival of the knowledge economy, the enterprise products and the service value of the knowledge management become more and more important, and knowledge proved to be the core knowledge assets of the company. The CAPP theory, methods and implementation techniques is studied based on the knowledge integration, and combined the process of the technology knowledge and CAPP, which plays a decisive role. The theory and implementation of the CAPP system based on the knowledge integration are discussed in this paper.The CAPP system based on knowledge integration is exploited by several times, full of enterprises research and for someone's actual need of the small-caliber shells, which includes the technology knowledge management, process design, process output and process uploading examine and verify.The technology knowledge of the small-caliber shells is summarized based on the existing process of the enterprise in the technology knowledge field, which includes the manufacture resource, typical process, typical workstage, process jargon and typical process schematic diagram. The dynamic management subsystem is established that can achieve the dynamic management and the convenient application in the process design. The AutoCAD ActiveX automation technology is used by integrating the CAPP and CAD effectively, which achieve parameterization design of the typical process schematic diagram. The interactive, derived, and creative process design methods are built based as the core of knowledge base in the process design. The creative process design methods makes use of expert knowledge and small-caliber shells knowledge that developed by DEST expert system, which can generate process route automatically. The integration of Microsoft Word is achieved in process information output, which could output the process data ,the specification document and schematic diagram conformity by the utility of the Office automation.The process data sharing is achieve by use of the integration of CAPP and SmarTeam based on the analyzing the character of the PDM and CAPP in the data management. And the control of the process design is realized by the utility of the PDM workflow management.
