The Design And Implementation Of High-tech Professional Skill Appraisal Management System For Qujing City

Faced with the amount of the Qujing high-tech vocational skills appraisal data gradually increasing, the current operation form does not solve the growing variety of businesses. It had become the bottleneck hindered Qujing high-tech vocational evaluation work carried out how to increase the utilization of professional skill and achieve a comprehensive analysis and overall management of the data through information technology, high efficiency solutions for data collection, analysis, processing. Therefore, we urgently need design and implement a management system that has excellent performance and easy to use to regulate the daily business of Qujing City High-tech vocational skills appraisal management system.First, this article proposed development background of high-tech vocational skills appraisal management system and analyzed the system research status at home and abroad. For the specific situation in Qujing city, users of the system are divided into two categories with student personnel and management personnel, and finish different functional requirements Analysis in accordance with the different roles. After conducting the business requirements, we proposed technology roadmap in system design process. The system select classic MVC three layers architecture, using JAVA language, using struts framework as technical architecture of the system. Then, we divide the system functional modules by functional block diagram and use the Unified Modeling Language class diagram, sequence diagram to complete the detailed design features after the completion of the outline design features. In addition, we use the ER diagram, the data dictionary to complete the design of the table and the table structure in the database design process. After the functional outline design and detailed design, for the core function of high-tech vocational skills appraisal management system, we conducted a detailed implementation and testing.The system achieves four functions which are student services, management personnel services, short message, and archive information. In the management personnel the business, system achieves three sub-functions which are planning, candidate registration, exam scheduling. Student business functions realizes registration of candidates, print quality audit, print ticket, pay online. Management personnel business functions realizes pending business, invigilators arrangements, planning, business results view, has been handling business, candidate registration, check the service status, business process management, candidates modify reporting and exam scheduling. Short Message functions realizes Short Message inbox, Short Message outbox. Archive information function completes history Project information management, historical candidate information management, historical information statistics.After the system design and implementation, it could achieve the Qujing high-tech vocational skills appraisal management, simplify the steps in Qujing existing vocational skills certification process, further improve the efficiency of appraisal of vocational skills.
