Research On Control System Network Of Paper Making Equipment

This paper introduced the present situation of paper industry and technology process at first,As well as the paper machine,cutter and rewinder.And proposed the content and meaning of the research.Then this paper deeply introduced the rewinder's mechanical structure,process requirements and basic technology. Constant tension control,pressure control and load distribute control were adopted in order to avoid the influence of some factors such as paper tension,pressure and torque.Based on the well understanding of rewinder structure and technology,the paper set up the mathematical model,and analyze the stress of of each part.The traditional rewinder control algorithm was also optimized. The optimized curves were found through curve's approaching method,build curve's database,and simulated with MATLAB.This paper also realized tension control with fuzzy control and improved the load distribute algorithm in order to avoid the tension and velocity fluctuations.The total plan of the rewinder contol system was proposed.The S7-300 PLC,PC and local network were linked by ethernet which formed the management level.Equipments in the site were linked by PROFIBUS-DP which formed the process control level. The ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP configuration were introduced,as well as the communication between PLC and convertor,and also between PLC and OP.At last,a test flatform was formed to verify the communication of control net which formed a good foundation for the future work.System software contained PLC program and HMI configuration.Introduce the thinking of programing and program process of each program module.Then introduce the configuration of PC,and give the main screen.Three methods were also introduced to save the process data into Excel for data analysis.At last,the HMI configuration was introduced and the control screen was given.There were three innovation points in this paper.Firstly,the Ethernet and fieldbus are introduced into the system to set up a monitor and control network.Secondly,more than one kind of paper making machine can be monitored and controled by this system.Thirdly,historical datas can be exported for analyzing.
