Along with the social economy to the level of informationization level and improve continuously, Entrance guard SYSTEM (ACCESS SYSTEM) as a kind of new typed Modern safety management system in our country has more widespread. After technical development changes, entrance guard system at present mainly is based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology IC card as the identity authentication of the media to ensure the security of the system. But as Mifarel card has been cracked, the entrance guard system for higher security demand more and more urgent. Smart card technology application this years whether or at home and abroad have been unprecedented rapid development. This article designs a mobile phone SIM card and CPU card integrated smart card system, greatly improving the system security and user use convenient.This paper firstly introduces the background of entrance guard system, history and development trends of several typical identification technology are compared, and on this basis, the key research an IC card entrance guard system composition structure, working principle and system characteristic, thus puts forward the SIMPASS technology based on the high security smart card entrance guard system design scheme, and analyses the superiority of the entrance guard system. Then the entrance guard system hardware and software in detail the design, realization based on cell phone's identity authentication of the high security entrance guard system.The proposed SIMPASS based primarily on contact and non-contact dual interfaces i.c. technology. Namely, can use a mobile phone SIM card as carrier, becomes the identity authentication of the media, greatly improving the system's security and use convenient. The system hardware design includes power design, reading and writing implement design, controller design,485 turn 232 interface circuit design, etc. System STC89C52 MCU, literacy is mainly adopts the special chip by philips rf, speaking, reading and writing MFRC500. In the software design is the main reading program design, system database table design, PC management software design development work.Finally, a case of operation of the system analysis, gives the software running rendering system needs improving and this can be expanded place are summarized.
