Mechanism Analysis And Application Of Radiation Electromagnetic Interference Caused By Electrical Fast Pulse

With the development of high speed print circuit board, radio frequency identification system and radio frequency device, EMS which generated by electronic device had influnced the other devices seriously and even caused lots of electrical miss-operation faults. Nowadays, this paper is based on the sub-project of program No.2011QK127which provided by AQSIQ. On the one hand, the standard EFT suppression methods are mainly focused on conductive coupling. On the other hand, the EFT burst sometimes lead to radiated coupling. In this paper, radiated EM noise caused by EFT brust was uesd as the research object.In this paper, study on application of radiated EM noise caused by EFT burst includes four parts:Firstly, the mechanism and characteristics of EFT burst were presented by using frequency and energy analysis measurements. Furthermore, according to crosstalk coupling and the electromagnetic field model, the radiated EMI caused by EFT burst were modified.Secondly, the electromagnetic field calculated model of radiated EM noise which caused by EFT burst was built. The model was based on the simplify and analysis of EFT testing arrangements and has used FIT, one of the full-wave algorithm, for electromagnetic field simulation. Moreover, with the simulation software CST MWS(?), the quantified result could prove that the radiated noise by EFT burst is existed.Thirdly, a verification experiment was designed to certify the effectiveness of electromagnetic field calculating. Several probes had measured the availability result, with analyzing the error.In the end, EFT interference generated by the low-voltage brushed motor and the smart-grid controller were analyzed by utilizing the study on application. The EFT suppression methods were EFT filters and shielded enclosures in this paper.The theory and experiment results have showed that the radiated EM noise caused by EFT burst can be obtained efficiently by radiated coupling method and has a certain strength. Although the noise strength is measured by near-field, engineers are able to use this as a reference when they design electronic devices.
