The rapid development of the information technology has opened the channel for the nonlinear science stepping into the education, so a new thought of nonlinear learning appeared vividly. Thanks to the requirement in the interpersonal emotional communication, individual nonlinear learner tended to form community according to learning objective or interest, which was in order to promote each other. However, in the nonlinear community learning condition which has the random process, the mutational behavior and the unpredictable results, the control was far from enough if the system only relied on the learner's self-control. In that case, series of problems appeared. For example, the organization of community, the methods of stimulating and maintaining the learning motivation, the ways of guaranteeing learning effect, and so on. The external control was particularly important when the learner's self-regulation effectiveness was insufficiency. The nonlinear community learning process management system was designed and developed based on those problems, in order to improve the learning efficiency.First of all, the paper has analyzed the factors that influenced the nonlinear community learning behavior, which based on the study about nonlinear learning connotation, the analysis about community learning characteristic and learning process management. Then we have designed the functional module and database, which based on the study of characterization and measurement about the nonlinear community learning behavior. On that basis, we eventually create a nonlinear community learning process management system. The system has tracked and recorded the learners' behaviors timely, in order to improve the learners' self-regulation ability. In this way, the system has transferred the process monitoring responsibility from teachers to learners, finally realized the transition about learning process control from external to internal.The system has been consisted of seven modules:user management, resource management, friend management, monitoring, evaluation, search and system management. Eventually, the system has realized the following functions:user's registration and login, role management, personal and curricular resource management, friend and community management, personal learning behavior tracking, friends' behavior monitoring and learning evaluation. The system has promoted the learning style to have an innovative change. There will be more important meaning to improve the nonlinear learning efficiency and learners' self-study ability.
