The main purpose of this thesis is, reference on the international research of learningcommunity for educational reform, based on learning organization theory, "legitimateperipheral participation" theory, group dynamics theory, and knowledge management theoryetc., to construct web-based cooperative learning community from a new angle of ecology, inorder to explore an implementation mode of integrated practical activity curriculum. Theauthor hopes this thesis will offer some reference for the implementation of integratedpractical activity curriculum and solve some problems in nowadays practice of it.In chapter one, we analyzed the background of the appearance of the integrated practicalactivity curriculum in our country, and the problems in the implementation of the curriculum.Then, we introduced the current research status in the world and point out that the thesis is toexplore an implementation model of integrated practical activity curriculum, throughconstructing web-based cooperative learning community.In chapter two, we discussed the meaning of web-based cooperative learning communityin this thesis, and the inspiration we got from learning organization theory, "legitimateperipheral participation" theory, group dynamics theory, and knowledge management theoryetc..Web-based cooperative learning community in the thesis, is an integrated practicalactivity curriculum implementation colony, distinguished by "Knowledge venation", " peoplerelationship" and " culture atmosphere", which is composed of teachers and students inintegrated practical activity curriculum. As the implementation subject of integrated practicalactivity curriculum, Members in this colony ,in the humanistic, freely, open and ecologicallearning environment based on web technologies, following the party action rules which theybargoned on beforehand, on the realistic, integrative and practical subject which is closelyrelational to students' life, adopting group learning mode, make use of many network meansto participate, collaborate, explore, and rethink various learning activities in order to realizethe learning goal of integrated practical activity curriculum.Based on learning organization theory, we discussed the organization cultureconstruction mode of web-based cooperative learning community;Based on socialconstructivism theory, we analyzed the knowledge constructing process of web-basedcooperative learning community and its every member;based on cooperative learning theory,we got the member organizing mode of web-based cooperative learning community;based oncontextual learning theory, we analyzed the growing course of web-based cooperativelearning community's member;based on group dynamics theory, we got the incentivemechanism of web-based cooperative learning community;based on knowledge managementtheory, we tried to use social softwares to construct the network supporting learning platformfor web-based cooperative learning community.In charpter three, we analyzed that web-based cooperative learning community is, aorganization mode of network learning ecology's learning community. And ,we broughtforward the ecological constructing model of web-based cooperative learning community.Besides, we analyzed the constructiong moded of network learning ecological environment,which offers powerful support for c.Learning ecology is composed of learning community and its physical or virtual learningcommunity. If this learning ecology is based on network technology, we call it networklearning ecology. It's composed of network learning community and network learningecological environment. The learning community study through some organization mode andactivity mode, based on the support of network learning ecological environment.The web-based learning community, is constructed through every member's"legitimate peripheral participation" to its learning community.The network learning ecology must be constructed surrounding the web-based learningcommunity.In charpter four, we discussed the activity theme design, the learning course desigh andthe learning environment design of web-based learning community.During activity theme design, a acting scheme about the theme must be given. It, as a"learning contract" between the teachers and students in integrated practical activitycurriculum, can guarantee the efficiency of the curriculum' implementation.The learning course design is to represent the practicalness, independence, collaboration,opening and other characteristics of integrated practical activity curriculum.Using social softwares, such as Weblog, Wiki, Del.icio.us, RSS reader and so on, todesign the learning environment of web-based learning community, will offer free, open,ecological growing space for the teacher and students in integrated practical activitycurriculum.In charpter five, we gave an example of web-based learning community's construction,which theme is"spring, we are pursuing you". The author introduced its application andanalyzed the applying effect.In charpter 6, we evaluated the scientificity and efficiency of the thesis. Besides, we triedto improve its limitation.
