Museum is an important cultural tourism product,which involves complicated professional knowledge. Interpretive media is the bridge between museum and visitor, it is an important means of environmental education. visitor satisfaction is a key factor of museum's development. For these reasons,it is very important to study the relation between interpretive media and visitors' satisfaction..This text adopt the way of questionnaire to understand the satisfaction of interpretive media, social background,visit character of JINSHA site museum basing on knowing the relative study in domestic and abroad.then,using descriptive,relative and regression analysis of spss to know the present situation of Interpretive media,visitors'satisfaction and the relation between Interpretive media and satisfaction.By the way of analysis,the conclusions of this article are:(1)there are relativities among visit motivation,visitors' social background, Expectation, perceived performance and satisfaction of interpretive media;(2)there are no relatives between Visit motivation and museum's overall satisfaction;(3)there are difference between Expectation and perceived performance,and most of them are negative difference,that is, expectations exceed perceived performances; (4)there are relationship between Expectation and overall satisfaction of Interpretive media,so is perceived performance;(5)there are relationship between Expectation and overall satisfaction, so are perceived performance and overall satisfaction of Interpretive media;(6) by the analysis of this article, the museum needs to improve the factors of "location is showy" and "the value of preservation " of commentary folding;in the mater of Audio-visual multimedia,the museum needs to improve the factor of "convenient length"; for Touch screen, the museum needs to improve the factors of "abundant and interesting content" and "operate easily"; in the mater of interpretive brand, the museum needs to improve the factors of "the interpretive brand can illustrate exhibits" and "suitable light"; in the mater of narrator, the museum should improve the factor of "lively and developmental narration"; for Self-service voice navigation system, the museum should improve the factor of "rent conveniently".
