At present, the competition between enterprises is not only the merchandise competition, quality competition, but also customer resources competition. Along with the economic development, enterprises pay more and more attention to customers. What to do with the minimal resource conditions, seeking optimum customers, how to maintain the relationship with clients, make more customer order, more enterprise benefit, which have become in the process of enterprise development is an important factor. This paper based on the genetic algorithm of customer management system design and implementation is research iron &steel enterprise customer loss in case, designed for iron &steel enterprise customer management system. This paper studies the content is not only solved the steel enterprise customer run off phenomenon, but also help salesmen rapid determining target customers, and have the targeted products and company's propaganda, saving a huge human, material and financial resources.This paper studies the content including data management module, customer service management module, customer management module. Including of addition, modification and deletion in customer data. The user directly customer resources management, using SQL server database can effectively protect the data and manipulate data. Customer service management module includes customer feedback information processing and file management, customer feedback information is customer management important module, through to the customer feedback information processing won the customer's satisfaction. Customer management module includes the optimal customer management and customer classification management. Customer classification management use the expert decision-making by obtaining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtain customer dozen current weight distribution. Effectively access customer satisfaction value, analyze the existence question and prompt corrections. The most rapid access customer approval again, is helpful for customer resources of appreciation. The genetic algorithm in optimal customer module used, the user through input population size, crossover probability and mutation probability and target can directly obtain optimal customer types. Using of science methods, obtain the optimal types, save salesmen search customer time and energy and make for the enterprise decision-making and provide a good platform. The enterprise may get the development direction through analysis of the results.
