Wireless sensor networks technology is considered in the 21st century to enable information technoloy, economy and society to make rapidly progress ,which play an important influence. Due to wireless sensor networks with rapid networking, flexible,and other characteristics, its application is very extensive, and it is highly valued by academia and industry.Wireless sensor networks is consist of a lot of intensive sensor node, nodes'battery capacity,computing power and bandwidth ability are very limited,muti-hops routing,data-centric, topological dynamic change, self-organzing, the number of sensor nodes and distributed dense.traditiional wireless sensor network routing protocol don't fit any more.Therefore, routing protocol designed are able to effectively save energy ,prolong life of wireless sensor network which has become a current research hotspot.Firstly, the basic concept and network system structure of wireless sensor networks are introduced in this dissertation , the characteristics of wireless sensors network and key technology are analyzed; Secondly, related knowledge of routing protocol for wireless sensor network are introduced, advantages and disadvantags of several typical routing protocols are analyzed and compared;Thirdly, to the HEED protocol, LEACH protocol and lower ID algorithm which can't solve problem of nodes distribution unbalance, ineffective saveing energy and unbalanced network energy, On this basis, further research was carried out , so distributed clustering algorithm based on weight for WSN is proposed, this algorithm through seting weight will take nodes degree, average distance of neighbor nodes and residual energy of nodes into account to select the best cluster head nodes, in order to balance node density in each area, thus load of the network is balanced in each cluster. Then defects to inter-cluster routing protocol of LEACH, PEGASIS,HEED, inter-cluster routing algorithm of single-hop and multi-hop is proposed , which is based on WDCA algorithm.thereby further to balance the network energy consumption and improve energy utilization.Finally, through NS-2 simulation platform. Simulation results show that compared with other algorithms , the proposed algorithms effectively balance the network energy consumption and prolong the survival time of the network.,...
