In the logistics system, Inventory Operations is one of the key link. With the social and economic development, the number of incoming and outgoing goods set up as well species, and the customer needs become increasingly multiple and complex, making human resource devotion increase in Inventory Operations, more difficult in storage management and NBRE etc. become increasingly problematic .Therefore, the requirements of logistics system for warehouse informatization management are rising more and more urgent. The rapid development of both the computer and automation technology provides strong technical support for warehouse informatization management. With Zigbee, RFID represented of the emerging technology is a profound influence on warehousing system.Firstly, the article introduces Zigbee and RFID technology, pointing out the enormous advantages of RFID technology and Zigbee working together in the logistics system. Then propose the digital logistics system design scheme based on RFID technology and Zigbee, including architecture system, hardware design, software design and functional description. And it introduces the basic processes of the logistics system clearly, including incoming operations, outgoing operation, position adjustment, taking stock, etc.Secondly, the article bases on coal enterprises digital warehouse project of the Gocom in HeFei, in order to achieve digitization and informatization in goods incoming and outgoing and realize digital management based on position unit and cargo FIFO. The article using Zigbee wireless self-organizing network is system simulation in NS-2 platform, analyzing its feasibility, reliability and so on, introducing queuing system to digital warehouse function analysis, establishing relevant mathematical model, pointing out the relationship between the parameters and providing a quantitative theoretical guidance for digital warehouse operation optimization.Finally, sum up completed research work and achievements of the digital logistics system, do outlook of digital warehouse development and provide reference value of the future logistics system.
