The Design Of Multimedia Information Management System On Video Phone And The Impletation Of Business Management

In recent years, with the development of network technology and the growing demand for value-added services, the traditional PSTN telephone service can not meet the needs of network applications. Next Generation Network (NGN), based on the bandwidth, provides sufficient network environment for the achievement of video, streaming media and multimedia information service, so NGN network has developed rapidly. In this context, multimedia information service based on the video phone came into being to meet the browse needs of information services on the video phone terminal. Meanwhile, the rapid development of multimedia information service, makes the establishment of a unified management system, especially for the management of its business, particularly important.The subject is based on the business management needs of multimedia information platform, mainly researches and designs the management system of multimedia information platform based on video phone, and then implements the business management modules. This paper first analyzes the research background, current situation, purpose and meaning, and study the basic theory of the subject and the key technology, then analyze the characteristics of multimedia business information platform, design information platform management system, mainly about Information Platform Management System framework and the detailed structure of each module. Finally, PHP language is used to implement the management module of business management system, from the functional design, database design, implementation method, which is the other innovations of this paper. The research of this paper is quite significant for the management of multimedia information service in the NGN network, as well as the further expansion of the business.
