The multi-functional electronic dictionary A3000 is developed in 2009 for the middle school students. The A3000 is a high-class electronic dictionary with the high-end 32-bit platform. Emergence of this product is of great significance for the customer to expand the production line of the high-class electronic dictionary and learning machine.The primary work of this project is to design the corresponding hardware and software platform, develop the software and hardware product which can be put into the market and assist the client to popularize this new product based on the personalized requirements of Customers.This paper concludes the following contents. First of all, analysis the client requirement from the functional and performance requirements of the A3000 multifunctional electronic dictionary to help the reader achieve a general realization. Secondly, introduce the work implemented by the author, concluding the platform architecture operating system and GUI platform. introduces the overall structure of the system scheduling mechanism and the audio player as an example of the system application development. shows the system application by the interface of application. Last but not least, introduce some typical problems occurred during the testing and production stage, and give the corresponding solution to these problems.This paper is summary of the technique applied on the A3000 electronic dictionary and problems and solutions occurred during the development of the A3000 multifunctional electronic dictionary, which is expected to play a positive role in the future product development.
