Modern science in the20th century the century with the representative to developelectronic computer, which has won by leaps and bounds of development, and quicklyand People’s Daily life together. And the birth of the language of the electronicdictionary with the development of computer technology and progress possible.Electronic dictionary, although only roughly ten years of history, but the developmenthas become increasingly mature, a dictionary of great vitality in the family is a memberof the electronic dictionary. Although traditional dictionary is also insufficient, bereplaced by it, but because of its practical, accurate and fast, economic and othercharacteristic, in English teaching and learning and it has become a mode ofenglish-chinese dictionary of traditional contender, it puts forward the challenge to thetraditional dictionary.This thesis mainly describes a software to learn idioms versatility. Including theproduction environment and process, as well as to the operation of the database and touse. Use groups according to the personal needs of the query idiom idiom idiom, edit,delete, and add the idiom. In particular, the software system on the function structure ismainly realized the idiom query, easy to remember idioms, thesaurus management, andseveral main function modules of the system management. It easy to remember idiomsand refine realizes the user management, browse idioms, idioms test, record, and guessthe word game subfunction, and other characteristics. In addition, it also provides agood method to learn the idiom of the people to go back. For each user can set up a username to easy to recite the idiom, check past records can understand their own grasp.Through the implementation of the electronic dictionary into computer query system,for people to learn idioms has set up a good knowledge of software platform, hassignificant effect to the learning and popularity of idioms.This thesis is proposed to design and implement the idiom electronic dictionaryquery system, and apply it to practice. And system of this thesis will analyze theparticiple algorithm and research of word segmentation algorithm is used to change thekeywords separated by a space, to make a speech at the same time, especially thesecondary part-of-speech annotation is quite accurate, this is a big advantage of thissystem. On the development of concrete technology route, this paper first puts forward the overall design of the system architecture; Plans to develop the system USES acombination of object oriented programming method. On the specific development toolsused the original concept of9.0, background database management system used forSQL2005database. Finally, through the system debugging, and ultimately realize theidiom electronic dictionary system.
