Reports are the basic measures and means for enterprise management,and basic requirements for company's business.Meanwhile the statements provide enterprise decision-makers with one of the main frame of references. Statements can help companies access,format data,and present the data information to the users in a safe and reliable manner.Large-scale banks have several sets of their oown reporting system,but be short of a complete systematic structure and unified management,therefore it could not effectively support theformation of enterprise decision-making.There are some ploblems in these systems:Data is too much, so that the managers are caught in a pile of data quagmire.Data is collected from various departments.Data is reported and submitted repeatedly,which causes a tremendous workload to data staff.Reporting system is developed by a number of various departments or companies,so it results in inconsistent system interfaces,wasting training time and cost.Those problems have affected the development of enterprises seriously,so it is much urgent to call for a centralized reporting platform to realize the unified managemen of all of statements and reports.This paper mainly discusses about the difficulties along with the solutions while designing and implementing this reporting system.First of all,we will talk about some basic concept about reporting,and then show that how the MVC structure for this system is designed.And after introducing the functionality modles,the paper discuss how the system supports Crystal Reports in both pull mode and push mode.
