The Design And Practice Of City-Rural Minimum Living Information System

With the rapid development of network and information technology, Informationization plays a more and more important role on E-government. The departments of Civils administration have more urgency requirements. The different focus of State Informationization plan is improving efficient and solving the critical problems of society between 11th 5 years plan and 12th 5 years plan. There are two important problems for the Civil administration, the first one is work by hand as low efficient in the processes of services, another is the resource of informations is isolated and difficult to share. The customers of City-rural minimum living services are all low-income families, so it is very important to improve the services level of Civils administrations.This article aims to analize the City-rural minimum living services requirements detailed with the expansion of services research. Consider the rule of service process, the accuracy and security of information management. It is urgent to design and develop an easy-to-use information management system which combines the function of minimum living requirement, acknowledgement, salvage money management, saving and accounting etc in Browser/Server architecture.This paper was wroten through project implementation. As project manager, the author has responsibility to lead to describe requirements, design network envirements, confirm the fitness technologies,organize the scheme and implementation. A description of project background, Information systems was in the paper at first, and then the information technologies as C/S,B/S,workflow and Java were introduced. The system requirments including performance, security requirments were summarized after the scene investigates and studies. Project designing, architecture and implement were introduced. At last we summarized the processes of deployment, test theory and the results of testing.
