Research On The Framework Of District Minimum Living Security System And Implementation Of Data Exchange Technology

The minimum living standard security system for urban residents is an important part of China's social security system. It is important for the government to establish a perfect information management system for minimum living security system, enhance minimal assurance work, advance it from a traditional mode to a scientific, standardized mode.In this paper, the overall framework of minimum living standard security system is designed based on the research of the business and information construction. Firstly, the business of the minimum living standard security system is analyzed in detail, including business carrying out situation, the recipients and standard of the subsistence security, approval process, and fund release. On this basis, the business model is obtained by the analysis for each business to find the relationship between the various systems. Then by analyzing the key data in the business model, data structure is built. Finally, the overall framework of minimum living standard security information system is set up by analyzing the needs of technology to achieve business structure.Meanwhile, in order to solve the diversity of Previous minimum living security systems in the hardware platform, operating systems, network protocols and data source, so that Previous scattered, independent departments can easily share and exchange information. This paper analyzes the existing data exchange methods and technologies. and aimed at the shortcomings of the traditional data exchange and data exchange model of existing e-government, builds XML and Web Services-based data exchange platform. so that different platforms using applications developed in different languages can call the related services of data exchange models to achieve the automated data exchange.This paper uses XML to express the exchange data. When the exchange data is expressed using XML, its structure and value information are separately described respectively, the data structure is defined as the data structure documentation and data value documentation. The paper analyzes the structural information of a document to resolve data conflicts, complete the concersion of the data value documentation, uses Web Service technology to link together the various heterogeneous database systems and uses SOAP protocol to communicate. This paper presents a e-government data exchange model based on XML and Web Service. The model solves the data sharing and exchange issues among various government departments, between government departments and external network users.
