According to the actual needs of a mining enterprise, Investigation of the underground ore production and transport environment, Based on the mine work safety standards, Built the identify management system framework of underground ore production and transport information, design of electronic message signs. Research and analysis the methods of underground image enhancement, Image segmentation and positioning, Image recognition. Its main work is as follows:(1) Build the principle structure of information recognition system about underground mine car. Combined with environmental factors, information recognition accuracy and safe operation standards of underground equipment, based on digital image processing technology, built underground ore production and transport recognition system framework, the system equipments does not affect underground ore production, transport and other system device work, photoelectric switch installed in the roadway to control of image data acquisition.(2) Design the information display board. Analysis and extraction of underground ore production and transport important related information:the driver number, mountain pulse number, locomotive number, coding the information into digital. LED electronic display used as an information display board, design the structures of information display board for achieving the high accuracy of character recognition lay the foundation.(3) Simulation and analyzed of image enhancement about information display board. For the problem of the images existence uneven illumination, Histogram equalization, respectively, compared with provisions of the effects of image enhancement. The salt and pepper noise to the image with Gaussian noise added to simulate the interference of dust on the system identification, using different median filter window deal with it, obtained 5×5 window median filter best effect.(4) Comparative analysis of the image positioning about information display board.
