In recent years,Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED)display pannels have been successfully applied in small and medium size display terminal products such as smart phones for the performance advantages of ultra-thin,flexibility and high image quality.Its market share and industrial scale have been expanding continuously,and it has basically achieved commercial success.However,due to the limitations of large-scale OLED TV panel technology and industrial maturity,some key technical problems still exist in the application of large-scale display terminal products such as TV,which directly affect the reliability and display performance of products,and become one of the main obstacles to the development of large-scale OLED industrialization.Aiming at the key problems of reliability,display quality and power demand in the application of OLED TV display screen in TV products,the research in the thesis develops effective solutions from the aspect of engineering application as below:(1)A technology for slowing down residual shadows on OLED TV display through outside pixel compensation and display control was invented.In view of the problem that the OLED TV display screen will cause residual image due to the drift of TFT threshold voltage and the degradation of OLED pixel luminous performance when displaying static image for a long time,the emergence of residual image was effectively slowed down by the methods of TFT compensation,OLED pixel current compensation and image displacement processing technology for the display image,which improved the reliability of the OLED TV products.(2)The HDR(High Dynamic Range)video high fidelity brightness mapping technology suitable for OLED TV,the dynamic target reconstruction image denoising technology and image precision smoothing technology were developed.Through those methods,the problems that the maximum brightness of OLED TV display screen is not high enough and OLED TV display screen is very sensitive to the image signal quality were solved,which affects the OLED TV image quality.The super high quality display of OLED was realized.(3)A novel OLED TV high dynamic performance power supply was designed,including new independent architecture power supply,low power standby,new dual boost bridge free PFC(Power Factor Correction)circuit topology and high dynamic LLC resonant circuit architecture.The problem of matching between power supply and OLED TV display screen was solved,and the requirement of stable and efficient power supply for high performance OLED TV was met.The research results showed that the application technologies of OLED display discussed in this paper have significant effects on improving the reliability of OLED TV display and achieving ultra-high picture quality display.The main research result has been widely applied in OLED TV products of Skyworth brand,with more than 100,000 units shipped,which is of positive significance for accelerating the engineering application of OLED TV display and promoting the industrialization process of OLED display technology in the field of large-screen display.
