Large And Medium Industrial Enterprises Supplier Management System

With the integrated global economy, the modern corporate management has become increasingly closer to the international direction, which makes companies increasingly rely on outside from their own to obtain the necessary resources, and put energy on their own core competencies development, and expansion of the core business. Naturally, the party on the provision of external resources, namely, supplier management has also been more requests. The research object is the supply and medium-sized enterprises, such enterprises have almost as little as several hundred, as many thousands of suppliers, the large number of the current domestic supplier management system mainly emphasis on the supplier information, procurement information and warehouse storage information management, evaluation of suppliers is relatively weak in this regard, so good supplier management system for such enterprises is particularly important. So this paper is to explore the large and medium industrial enterprises for the existing supplier management issues, such as the supplier of the data processing efficiency is low; not classified management of suppliers; choice of suppliers, as well as its evaluation lack of scientific standards and methods, systematic and targeted; and exchange of information between suppliers low efficiency. In a detailed analysis of these issues, the design and development of a better supplier management system, this could make the enterprise supplier management more standardized and improve efficiency.This system is developed for large and medium industrial enterprises in supplier management system, its main purpose is to enable enterprises and their suppliers to cooperate better to improve the efficiency of the two sides work to ensure normal business operations, accelerate the pace of development. The thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction. In this chapter first analyzes the background of this research, analysis and medium-sized industrial enterprises in supplier management status quo. After an overview of vendor management, and introduced the main contents of this paper. Chapter 2 is a medium-sized industrial enterprises in supplier management system design. Chapter 3 is a system development environment and technology choice. Chapter 4 is the large and medium industrial enterprises in supplier management system detailed design. Chapter 5 is the system configuration and operation. Chapter 6 is to test and follow-up development.To this end this paper a systematic analysis of needs, the result is a more complete supplier management system should meet the following two requirements: first, between enterprises and their suppliers to efficiently exchange of information on; Second Science and convenient evaluation of the supplier selection. So most of the system is divided into two design:one is information exchange platform, the other is supplier evaluation module.Information exchange platform designed front were vendor information, corporate information and exchange of information of these three modules. Background information exchange platform is designed to vendor management, data management and data upload these three modules.Data structure during the design, were designed following tables:basic information sheet supplier, the supplier information sheet, statement production and management provider, supplier quality system certification fact sheets, supplier development and verification capabilities table.This developed system uses a J2EE runtime environment, the Tomcat development environment as a server configured to JSP, Sen/let, JavaBean and other technology as the main tool for development and design, databases using MySQL database as the database server.Medium-sized industrial enterprises in supplier management system development and preliminary design work is completed, the code of the whole system was tested, and made some follow-up development and maintenance recommendations.Because of lack of business strategy and the time constraints, the system is not very high degree of completion, supplier evaluation and detailed design of the module system is the next step to further improve the work to be carried out, the results of this study is preliminary to meet the business vendor management requirements, enable enterprises to further standardize supplier management, but also from the role of an initiate it.
