Automobile TV programs target very specific audiences; specifically, but not exclusively, those of society who are actively buying and selling cars and their related paraphernalia. Accompanied by good core entertainment, a profitable programming block will not only incorporate advertisements in their programs, but will also capitalize on its effect in bringing in more viewers. Nowadays, China's market for cars is growing at an unprecedented rate, so it is necessary to reevaluate and improve the quality and direction of many of these types of programs to bring in more profits.Among scholarly journals on the subject of automobile programming, many of the scholars are absorbed by marketing tactics. Theories of marketing and communication disciplines are tailored to specific television programs, and shows us to a great degree, how much interest is in this field. As a communication dissertation, this paper will focus on communication theories, and automobile TV program design details; touching upon TV program originality, positioning, packaging, and diffusion.By using content analysis methods, program originality is shown in the flowing aspects: Projection of commercial and objective features; determining the TV programs impact on the whole networks position; and the comparison of different TV programs packaging and diffusion methods. This paper will also attempt to discern the impact on the industry as a whole as more and more programs use the same processes for designing these programs.This paper also points out many common place problems in the present automobile TV programs, which are:serious homogenization, limited themes and program formats, and simple packaging and diffusion habits.Through the principles of planning and creation, this paper puts forward simple but thorough proposals for the automobile programming industry as a whole. These include; identifying and tailoring to more direct target audiences, extending themes and formats, exploring new avenues for advertisements and diffusion, and enhancing the quality and sophistication of the industry as a whole.
