| Military words and expressions have frequently appeared in the non-military news reports, particularly in the sports news and stock exchange news. People have taken this phenomenon for granted without paying adequate attention, not even giving a professional analysis from Journalism. Taking the stock exchange news as example, this thesis explores the use of military words and expression in the news report from the perspective of journalism and communication.The object of this study is chosen from part of typical months in the 2007, 2008, 2010. Through the analysis of passages on the China Securities Journal and Shanghai Securities Journal of those typical months, the statistics of the situation of military words and expressions in the stock exchange news will be demonstrated. The features of military words and expressions'using in the stock exchange news report would be concluded. The further discussion of motivation behind this phenomenon from the perspective of society, culture and psychology is also presented as to analyze the use value and existing problems of military words and expressions in stock exchange news report. Meanwhile, this paper gives a discussion of the functions and influences of the writing technique of new report on the journalism and communication.This applied research of military words and expressions on stock exchange news report has the both the theoretical meaning and practical value. |
