Play bottom pressure test research is irreplaceable which provides the reliable theory basis consistently for chamber bottom pressure test research and gunpowder combustion law .This design researched on ARM7 (LPC2148) as the controller chip for new circuit system based on the importance and necessity of play bottom pressure test as well as in order to attain the small volume and small power electronic pressure measuring device application in the condition of the high g value and high pressure etc harsh. LPC2148 has abundant internal resources,each tube feet multifunctional reuse and large capacity 40KRAM,512K FLASH which make the design more flexible and can fully satisfy the pressure test process for the need of data storage and also improve the system stability.Through research,data acquisition and storage has successfully realized which can be on-line debugged through ADS1.2 development environment and via a serial port the data storaged in FLASH can be transmitted out for debugging assistant which can very intuitive see the data changes.At last,the data can be read by VB software successfully and can realize reiteration data curve.This design has the features of small volume,high sampling frequency (actual measurement 350K),programming concise (C language), powerful and so on.This paper mainly involves the following contents:First,to set the overall design scheme.Second,it put forward the design on the basis of the scheme based on LPC2148 which expounded the feasibility of this scheme,innovation,and practicability.Again,it described the scheme of hardware and software design. And finally,it described the scheme of validation ,the realization of the actual collection and the curve of the experimental data of repetition .
