The current network has a wealth of resources, but direct rendering on mobile devices is ineffective. This is because the mobile terminal is the difference from an ordinary PC, such as wireless network bandwidth and mobile device screen, size and performance. There are some Websites specifically for the characteristics of mobile terminal, it can solve the problem of mobile terminals;But this is time-consuming, not all sites have the ability to do, and also for the thousands of sites to develop another set of Wap site is not realistic. So it is necessary to consider how to re-use of existing resources to have a better display in the mobile terminal, without having to redesign the system. There are must taken into account the characteristics of mobile devices, such as screen size, resolution, font size, and pictures.There are mainly three ways to solve the organization of the current mobile Web content:First, page reconstruction. This method is designed for J2ME-based mobile terminal presents Web resources for the mobile terminal. In fact, there are two mobile terminal resources for Web and Wap. Today, many sites have mobile versions appeared Websites, such as schools, Google, etc. However, this method is time-consuming and expensive. Second, using a proxy server approach. This approach is not directly make a request to the server by a Web browser, but the first request the proxy server, the request signal will be sent to the proxy, the proxy server retrieve the required information back to the browser. Generally they have their own proxy server storage space for recording the information accessed. If the information recorded of your browser to access is on the proxy server, proxy server will directly response the information. This increased browsing speed and efficiency. As a mobile browser, not only to consider the interface and features, and more importantly, to consider the user experience and localization, and characteristics for different types of models should have different design. Mobile browser is a relatively fine and huge project.In this paper, the work earned out as follows:(1) The relevant characteristics of mobile terminals and the current lack of mobile information browsing for mobile terminals, the delivery of Web content, the theoretical basis for the design and implementation.(2) Study the relevant Web resources, find the most appropriate treatment options on a variety of resources, which developed a Web resource processing rules, analysis Resource download, mobile terminal access to information, text, image processing, reconstruction and other resources.(3) The realization of reconstruction tools of Web resources. Clean non-standard HTML document format reconstruct resource, make it more suitable for mobile client browsing the Web resource document.Characteristics of this paper is that:In order to find a new solution on Web resources for mobile terminals, that is, the HTML document of the ordinary PC change into HTML documents suitable for mobile devices.
