It is a hot issue to research on reconfigurable cognitive radio networks, and thereconfiguration of a cognitive radio terminal (CRT) is a key technology in coordinationbetween the terminal and the network. The system resource management of cognitiveradio consists of radio, computing and application resource.The reconfiguration of aCRT which is essentially a task scheduling process on heterogeneous computingplatform principally deals with the reallocation of computing and application resources.How to implement the reconfiguration of a CRT effectively concerns the performanceof cognitive radio network.Under the background of cognitive radio,this paper represents the feature ofcognitive radio terminal system and models of cognitive wireless terminal applicationresource and computing resource. According to the existing scheduling algorithm, thispaper proposes two efficient resource scheduling algorithm: the evolved dynamic levelscheduling (EDLS) algorithm and clustering and priority scheduling (CPS) algorithm.EDLS, which combines the improved task clustering method, and the dynamic levelscheduling algorithm, is an effective compile-time scheduling technique. CPS methodwhich is based on the list scheduling, combines the improved task clustering methodand the improved HEFT algorithm. Two algorithms which are used for resourcesscheduling of the terminal reconfiguration process, fully considering the data exchangebetween the tasks, enhance the task scheduling efficiency of multiprocessorsarchitectures and decrease the reconfiguration time of CRT.
