The Development And Implementation Of The Graduation Project Management System

Of all the educational administration work, the management of the graduation is among the ones of greatest importance. Unfortunately, so far, in most of the colleges in China, manual work is now still playing a role far too important in the management of the graduation. PCs are used merely as tools for communication. Making the members cooperate with each other has now become a tough problem that can be anything but solvable. All research mentioned in this article was carried out to find a way more efficient to cope with the problems we met,This paper mainly focuses on the development and implementation of the graduation project management system. The theoretical basis of education and the development of design theory are summarized in this paper, together with the needs of graduate design management system and its key elements. At last, a whole set of graduation software system was shown in this paper.The major works, completed, are as follows:1. Analyzed and demonstrated the basic theoretical about graduation management system, especially the corporation of computers and software engineering.2. Used UML to describe the system requirements,business processes, Analyzed functional modules and conceptual model..3. Made comparison among various technologies of development, using the Java platform to complete the school management system development, which has been put into trial.The existing shortcomings:1. The accuracy and completeness of requirements analysis need to be improved.2. There are certain deficiencies in the structures of the overall framework. The code of this system appeared to be a little redundant. The latter change and the maintenance is supposed to cost a little too much.In this paper, a graduation management system was provided based on the characteristic of the graduation management. It has been put to use in Shihezi University. Been proven to have the ability to make the work not only more systematic, but also more standardized, this system has made the job finished in an easier way, with less time spent.
