Starting from the demands of operation condition of field device and the safety of effluent, this article introduce the multi-tier distributed system and remote monitoring model framework of sewage treatment plant. Meanwhile, According to the actual situation of Huangshan tourist scenic spot and the requirement of sewage treatment process, a sewage treatment control system based on IPC and Intelligent modules is introduced. Configuration software is used to configure the supervisory software in order to realize the function of long-range supervision and management and it includes technological process display, real time data acquirement and display,history data report,fault alarm etc. The application of configuration software improves the reliability and efficiency of design and shorten the development cycle.In addition, considering the actual control requirement in a sewage treatment, this paper compares and analyzes several industry network patterns and several industry control system such as DCS,FCS,industrial Ethernet control system in a integrated automatic system's integrality,reliability,extendibility and open capability, and brings forward a communication network scheme which is based on RS-485 field bus. According to the sewage treatment process, the general scheme and implementation details for the sewage treatment automatic control system are given.Meanwhile, to the difficulties of continuous working,non-linearity,delay and more disturbers of aeration tank control in the process of sewage treatment, using the way of intelligent control was studied. The fuzzy strategy can obtain good results, Also because PID is simple,convenient to use and it is the most basic way in industry process control, a new idea is suggested that combining PID and fuzzy, making the control variable of PID be online self-setting. The fuzzy adaptive PID controller can indicate the changes of the water quality in sewage treatment, effectively control the volume of aeration and then cut down the operation costs.
