Design And Implementation Of The OA System Of Bank Based On SSH

According to the introduction of the OA developing process and developing direction, and the analysis of the characteristics of the band office system, we can see that, a good OA system can dramatically increase the efficiencies of the information sharing, and personnel cooperation and business monitoring. Moreover, it can play out the function of the business system efficiently and accurately. Therefore, OA is the indispensable collaborative platform of the bank information construction.Combining domestic and foreign research status about the OA system, this paper introduces the J2EE development model and the software architecture, and emphatically expounds the SSH (Struts-Spring-Hibernate) combinative architecture.In this paper, we analyze the OA system, software architecture and J2EE development model firstly; and expound the technological advantages that SSH combinative architecture used in bank OA system; then we design the system framework, divide the OA system into four levels, respectively for the View Layer, Controller Layer, Business Layer and Persistence Layer; meanwhile we divide the OA system into eight function modules, respectively for user module, agenda module, contact module, meeting module, document module, work log module, reading module and notice module, and we give these eight modules function a detailed design and analysis.This OA system adopts the SSH combinative architecture, so it is facilitative for the system expansibility and module development. And through the SSH combination architecture, we divide the system into four levels, not only lower the difficulty of development, and make the system structure much clearer. Thus this bank OA system enhances the system performance, efficiency, safety and reliability.
