Building the integrated banking system at bank Z that centralizes the counter service operations.--- Centralizing the counter service operations may lead to great changes in business process model at bank Z. Bank Z proposed the integrated banking system.-- Operational centralization is an important project that brings extensive effects and strategic significances. The integrated banking system at bank Z mainly includes customer service counter system(reception system), background system that supports the counter services, and other relating auxiliary system. The integrated banking system studied in this thesis requires the ETeller intelligent graphic counter terminal system to initiate transactions. Next it uses OCR image recognition technology and image cropping technology to circulate each specific banking transaction on the centralized service platform. The integrated banking system incorporates with front system such as Gateway, Core system and testing system, as well as outreach systems such as Pedestrian check imaging system and Modern payment system. And in the end the integrated banking system returns transaction processing results back to the ETeller system. It differentiates business processes based off the roles of bank emploees and draws a business flow chart. It also provides detailed analysis and explanations on each function modules of the integrated business system, business centralization, at bank Z. Moreover, it describes and presents the testing methodologies, testing cases and testing results of the integrated business system, business centralization, at bank Z. The summaries generated through the testing processes in this thesis reserved valuable experiences and resources for the other business transactions I wrote at bank Z.
