With the rapid development of social economy, the city size continuously expand, following by an increase in the number and the scale of buildings so there are more and more relevant disasters and accidents with diverse type, leading to higher requirements of fire rescue, and rapid development of fire-fighting equipment. How to manage and use a variety of fire fighting and rescue equipment and maximize equipment performance are urgent to solve for equipment management.This paper focused on equipment management status of Beijing Public Security Fire Department, used SSH framework as a basis by the thought of software engineering, and added XML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML and other technologies, finally built a set of fire-fighting equipment dynamic management system, and used object-oriented technology for modeling, used UML tools to detailedly analyze the work process and business needs of the fire-fighting equipment dynamic management system, used UML use case diagram for analysis shows, designed the type and the method of function realization, and described by class diagram,, sequence diagram and collaboration diagram, showing the effect the system functions achieved, gave some key technology code and algorithms activities, used the relational database SQLServer2012 for data storage, vividly depicting the implementation process of the fire-fighting equipment dynamic management system for Beijing Public Security Fire Department.The system mainly achieved seven functional modules:equipment account management, inspection and maintenance management, equipment maintenance management, spare parts management, warehouse management, query statistics, and system management. Equipment account management achieved account registration, account query, data query information registration and information query and other functions, inspection and maintenance management achieved setting daily inspection program, daily check registration, check records query, setting maintenance plan, maintenance registration, maintenance records query and other functions, equipment maintenance management achieved repair registration, repair query, awaiting repair management, maintenance registration and maintenance record query, and other functions, spare parts management achieved procurement registration of spare parts and extinguishing agents, recipients registration, inventory query and other functions, warehouse management achieved equipment storage registration, inventory query, use management, allocation management, return and other functions, query statistics achieved equipment query statistics, spare parts query statistics and extinguishing agents query statistics, system management implemented the management of unit, personnel, equipment name, equipment category, check project, maintenance project, business process, etc., and achieved process audit and personnel roles definition.The application of the system achieved systematic, standardized and refined management of fire-fighting equipment without increasing the administrative workload, which greatly improving the efficiency of the unit, and improving efficiency in the use of fire-fighting equipment.
