With the development of information science and technology, especially the continuous development of computer technology, computer network technology was widely used now. All sectors of society are becoming increasingly dependent on computer network. Computer network has become the important infrastructure in our life. Providing a robust and efficient computer network has become a very important issue to our research work.OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) protocol is the most widely used Interior Gateway Protocol. However, OSPF protocol is not sensitive to the network fault and the network will take a long time to recover. Reasearchers developed a self-adaptive routing policy control technology in the framework of the existing IP network. The self-adaptive routing policy control technology can be used to monitor the actual situation of the network, and then select the corresponding policy to control routing protocols to adjust the routing convergence process, in order to improve the network survivability.In CR system, all link state information is stored in the Link State Database.The LSDB should be synchronized with the entire network topology, and if network topology changes the LSDB will be updated in time. Network State Awareness technology uses self-defined Flood Protocol to collect the Link State Packages and it judges whether the link state is latest, whether it is necessary to refresh the Link State Database and whether the network node is moved. In a steady network, it is infrequent that the routing node moves, but the occurrence probability of routing node movement still exists. The overhead of routing construction re-convergence brought by the routing node movement is unacceptable. The performance of Flood protocol proposed in this paper is greatly improved compared with the protocol in OSPF protocol. The proposed protocol of network awareness technology overcome the shortcomings that Flood protocol in OSPF protocol is slow discovering and slow broadcasting.After network topology steady, Network Survivability Magnanimity quantifies the actual situation of the whole network and the importances of every links for CR system. Then Policy Selecting will make right choice according to the calculation result of Network Survivability Magnanimity. In CR system, Damage Degree Calculation module used Network Survivability Magnanimity technology. Damage Degree Calculation module calculates the actual situation of the whole network and the importances of every links according to local LSDB, and returns outcome to Policy Selecting module.
