Research And Realization On Broadband High-Performance RF Modules

The thesis presents the work of the project of high-performance broadband RF module. This module, which is applied in the TD-SCDMA & GSM dual-mode Terminal Test Set, is an important part of the test set's hardware platform. The special difficulties of this module lies in the implements of its broadband, wide dynamic range and high precision, which are also the main research of this thesis.The thesis studies the principle of broadband high-performance RF module firstly. Then, based on the requirements analysis, chip selection and simulation, the thesis presents a design plan of the module. Finally, the thesis verifies the effectiveness of the design through the implementation of the module and test results.The main contents are as follows:1. Introduce the background of the task and the meaning of the research.2. Discuss the design of the broadband RF module briefly, including requirements analysis and key technologies.3. Complete the design of broadband high-performance RF module, including the main chip selection, systemic simulation and budget.4.
