| The direct broadcasting satellite project of the "Every Village" project is designed to cover each remote region village with broadcasting digital TV where it is hard for cable TV to reach. The entire project is supported by the government by financial funding; therefore each user of the remote region village can get a free set top box and receive the broadcasting TV program for free. However, driven by economic benefits, many illegal manufacturers began to produce and sell unauthorized set top box to urban areas which caused great impact on cable TV market. The aim of this paper is to solve the problem of "illegal STB"by designing a CA module and GPRS positioning module through merging of direct broadcasting network and wireless network and create an asymmetric information service platform for remote area users. |
