In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, people make use of advanced computer virtual reality technology to integrate the simulation and logistics system, and make full use of information resources to implement the man-machine interaction, which is better to the simulation optimization and the management to the operation processes of the port.Logistics information platform of modern port is a network system,which connecting the domestic and foreign trade of the relevant government departments (such as traffic, customs, foreign trade, inspection and quarantine,etc), social service agencies (such as banking, insurance, shipping, storage, ports, airports,etc) with trade, manufacturing, transport enterprise's internal management information systems and integration of their data, on electronic data interchange and electronic commerce services. As a information agency of port logistics regulatory authorities and enterprises, the platform provides information, transfer, deposit certificates and other value-added services to help the relevant government departments to achieve efficient service and supervision and enterprises to develop standards and delivery of international trade and electronic commerce, and to improve the image of the ports, and improve efficiency and reduce transaction costs and increase trade and enhancing the competitiveness of the city.At first, this article introduces the general process of port (based on the author's himself in a container terminal in the past nearly three years experience, the process of port imports and exports for mainline), analyzes the prominent role of the use of information electronic platform to the port logistics and the importance of speeding up the information-flow to quicken the operation speed and improving the management of the port. Combining the characteristics of port operations, on the basis of the brief introduction to the development language and interface of the port logistics platform, lanalyzes the structure of the system, and introduces the business model. This paper introduces the related security technology, and focuses on the application of permission management. Design an automatic documents check module and an automatic stowage module for export containers including containerized data obtained, automatic comparison to the bill of loading, building of the module and a combination of the modules and information platform.A scalable content management platform is established in this subject. It integrates part of content and functionality. Permission management strategy is designed to realize a flexible access to the enterprise content. Java is used to design and realize an automatic documents check module and an automatic stowage module for export containers, which can save the staff costs, improve port operation flow, integrate enterprise resource and speed up the export processes.
