Wireless sensor network(WSN) fuses the modern advanced microelectronics technology, information and communication technology, the sensor technology, computer network technology, embedded compute technology and System - On - Chip technology, and unifies information of collection, transmission and processing. With its widely application, WSN gains the favor of people, and becomes hot research in the field of information. Virtual instrument advocates that hardware is the foundation and software is the core.Use software as instruments, it opens the test area milestone. With the rapidly development of computer and wirless network, perfectly uniting wireless network and virtual instrument has became new lightspot of measurement application.This thesis puts forward a model of measurement system architecture which can realize the wireless network self-organization and instrument system dynamic reconfiguration. In this model, Network has openness, and can dynamic expand nodes according to measurement demand; Instrument system has dynamic online reconfiguration, and realized the terminal function user-defined.Opening wireless measuring system is studied, and the system structure of dynamic reconfigurable networks is designed based on intelligent sensor nodes, self-organization of service, algorithm and process.A design method of dynamic reconfigurable instrument faced on wireless network is proposed. Algorithm process, reading and analysis of data frame in the wireless measurement network space is researched, and visualization is achieved.The method of instrument reconfigurable measurement is researched, and a concept of space data exchange is putted forward.It unites the exchange of network data and instrument module data. Design method of the intelligent module is researched, and a set of opening test system WSN-RVIP which network nodes can dynamic join and module of instrument can dynamic restructure online is developed. It realized end user-defined.This subject combines WSN with reconfigurable virtual instrument technology, researchs the double restructuring mode of wireless network and instrument system.The theoretical research and software development of self-organization WSN and reconfigurable virtual instrument system obtains certain achievement. Combine with the actual industrial applications, monitoring system application case of mine hoist room equipment are given based on WSN-RVIP prototype system, and the feasibility and validity of this thesis is confirmed.
