With the rapid development of modern automatic measuring system, reconfigurabletechnology is introduced into the theory of virtual instrument, which caused the conceptof measuring instruments to have the unprecedented change. As a new measurementtechnology, reconfiguration of virtual instrument technology has become a trend onresearch and development of measuring instrument in the field of industrial productionand scientific research.Several problems of reconfiguration virtual instrumentation will be studied both intheory and in practice. The main research works are presented as following:1. Research structure theory in the platform of reconstruction virtual instrumentmeasurement system, and puts forward a measurement model of array reconfigurationvirtual instrument system. It has realized the industrial measurement cases which do notneed to change the system state and on-demand dynamic structures of the newcomponent to form a new measurement system.2. According to software flexible integrated conception, XML-based descriptionlanguage and software bus map interface is integrated in the virtual component, thecomponent integrated model is proposed, and based on GDI+technology, the renderingfunction is used sufficiently to make out the three-dimensional components with lifelike,slinky interfaces.3. To management theory of measurement system dynamic reconfiguration, arrayreconfiguration virtual instrument system management model is proposed, theconsistency of description of the system components and reconstruction algorithm isestablished to facilitate data exchange between the system components in thedevelopment process.4. The system data flow of the serial mode and parallel work way have been used,the means of communication between the systems can be expanded to the global dataspace, to improve the performance of system infrastructure, and ensure data accuracyand timeliness.The topic researches results are the array reconfiguration virtual instrument system development platform have been completed. And provided the application systemsbased on rotor experimental system of the vibration signals acquisition and analysisinstrument, the rotor axis trajectory acquisition instrument, speed measurement,environmental monitoring-temperature and humidity monitor and sound signalacquisition and analyzer in the platform to verify the correctness and effectiveness ofthe related theoretical studies in this thesis by use of application.
