With the development of computer technology, the emergence of virtual instrument and the rapid development of measuring instrument technology has the unprecedented progress. Reconfigurable virtual instrument technology combined with the mobile terminal are melted into the the field of measurement of Internet, has become a trend in the development of measurement field.Two aspects of theory and practice research based on the mobile Internet reconfigurable virtual instrument system was research in this paper,The main research content is as follows:1.Research the theory of reconfigurable virtual instrument measurement system structure, analysised measurement model based on mobile Internet network virtual instrument and puts forward a reconfigurable virtual instrument model based on mobile Internet.According to the requirements of virtual instrument for refactoring, to form a new measurement system by using mobile terminals.2.Research the communication architecture under the mobile Internet network measurement system, specificated the dynamic refactoring protocol. Designed and implementated mobile internet network communication system in intelligent sensor nodes, data acquisition equipment network communication, measuring resources distributed data collection.3.Aimed at dynamic reconfiguration management theory of measuring system,component model of virtual instrument was proposed based on mobile terminal,Virtual instrument component configuration stated specification is established to facilitate data exchange between the virtual instruments, and the network virtual instrument spatial data.4.According to software flexible integrated conception, using the component-based virtual instrument reconfigurable assembly model and XML description language,combined with the embedded system,developed a reconfigurable virtual instrument component library which suitable for mobile terminals and dynamic support network node dynamic configuration.The topic researches work on the basis of the above, Mobile terminals reconfiguration virtual instrument system development platform have been completed.setting up mobile Internet network wireless LAN based on WIFI..And provided the wireless network measurement systems based on sealing performance test of mining pillar and jacks, pressure performance test of hydraulic prop, Column installed monitoring to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the related theoretical studies in this thesis.
