This article did a through research for 3D animation technique with an implementation of a 3D engine. Computer animation is the combination of computer graphics and art, many computer graphics application require display of high reality, and it's a new high tech subject, which was rapidly developed with computer hardware and graphics algorism. It is concerned more and more by people, while 3D animation is the trend in the animation technique. This article mainly focuses on 3D engine and researches skeleton animation in 3D human body animation.As the 3D engine concerns wide aspects, the article first provides a general method for designing a 3D engine. Then researches the animation technique, as the project requires the 3D engine to be, and provide our own method for sharing 3D animations. After that, according to the synchronization problem between music and animation, design a synchronization method, which is simple, effective and has the most precision. Finally, with the algorisms provided in this article, implemented a 3D engine, the result showed that the methods provided are accurate and real time.The implementation of 3D engine employs the skeleton animation technique of human body animation. And provides the final aerobic application system. The system consists of the following modules: data generating, data loading, engine initialization, 3D rendering, 3D animation control, message processing, engine destruction.
