Desgin And R & D On ELectronic Government Affairs System Of Price Bureau

After studying, systematically, the basic theory and relevant knowledge of software engineering, I made a research and have designed an e-government system for our bureau Price Bureau. The overall design, detailed design and database design comprise the three main aspects of the e-government system.Partly, we adopt the B/AS/DBA architecture, or called the browse/ application server/ database server architecture, in the overall design of the e-government system in our bureau. The system adopts the common browse on the front interface of clients, while the application server locates on the background of clients, which enables every staff to operate independently and makes the general unified management easy. In particular, the system has powerful function, covering all most every kind of business and work in our bureau, which can meet the demand of the launching of e-government.The detailed design part of the thesis showed the specific method to design the e-government system of our bureau. First, analyze study and design the process of every work in the bureau, and make the corresponding charts. The system is based on internet technology, database technology and WEB technology, and centering on workflow operating technology. It emphasizes on the integration of the document sending and receiving business in the bureau, enables the combination of document and workflow, and achieves the document transferring with the designed work process.The database design mainly includes the outer design, the structural design, the database agreement and the specific guidance to database. The system establishes the supporting platform with unified technology architecture and the information channel that connects different divisions. It lays the foundation of the exchange of government information, the cooperation official work and the future intergradations of processes. It also standardizes the transactions, enables the connection between the bureau office and other divisions. The government web portal intergrades all the transaction, information and services into an application platform, providing abundant reference for official business, which is significant for solving the problems of overall importance and systematic importance that exist in the process of informationalization. It's also essential to the unified technology architecture, the strengthening of resource intergradations, the improvement of information sharing, the assurance of qualified operation, etc. The design about the business function, the application platform and the supporting environment for operation mentioned in the system has strong accessibility.The e-government system studied and designed in the thesis has the following features and innovation points:(1)The rolling and fast type of development was adopted to develop the system, and the functions was achieved, adjusted and improved one by one, so the system can suit the users'habit well.(2)The system was developed after serious analysis and full study of the practical official business, and has been tested in practice for several times, which means it can meet practical needs well.(3)The system's functions can be further improved. New demands and problems will surely be raised after some time of application, some of which are of habits, and some of which are of business function. Reforming and upgrading according to the practical problems and demand will enable the function optimization.The e-government system studied and designed in the thesis can greatly improve the efficiency of document transferring and the standard of government management. As the promotion of the reforming of the government management system and the further development of official automation, new functional demand to the system will surely appear, especially for the problems and deficiencies existing in the system. So in the future, the current e-government system must be reformed, improved and upgraded when it's necessary. The technological problems that need to be studied and solved include:(1)Strengthen the research on the concentricity and foresight of the business needs, and solve the problem of the inadaptability of certain functions caused by the unclear business needs at the beginning of the development.(2)Strengthen the rationalization control over the demands, in case of the adjustment and change caused by irrational demands after the development of all the business function. This will solve the problem of the redundant function and low operating efficiency caused by over-flown demands.
