Research And Implement Of Business Process Simulation And Analyzing System Based On Workflow

Nowadays, the environment of market change variably and the development of technology advance rapidly. At such condition, every company has to perfect their business operation pattern in order to outdo their competitors. The word 'Business Process' becomes the focus that most companies concert to. By the method of 'Business Process Reengineering', companies could reduce their cost and buildup their ability of competition, and will stand on the indefectible position under the severe competition. The application of Workflow technology will help the company to improve their business process and work efficiency.Firstly, this article summarizes the correlative concept about workflow technology and Petri Net theory. In this part, the reference model and the architecture of workflow system and the attribute of high level Petri Net and WF-Net is mainly introduced. Then, by studying of the technology of workflow simulation, we sum up a method of Workflow Simulation which is composed by flow modeling, flow simulate and flow analysis three phase, and the content every phase relates to is explained in detail. Lastly, using the method, the business process simulation and analyzing system based on workflow is designed and implemented, and the feasibility of method is validated by the system.
