This paper is realization of the function around the TCR module of Column-based train control equipment to study, analyze and design. This device is based on the operating characteristics of locomotive and takes full account of CTCS-2, 1,0-class train control system requirements, developed for different levels of motorcycle and can be implemented in the next column across lines of new-vehicle equipment control. TCR module is one of the data recording modules. In the paper, TCR module design ideas, theory method and implementation steps described in detail.First of all, today's train control on-board equipment, composition, classification and development are described, leads to the train control vehicle equipment in the importance of rail transport.Second, the Column-based train control equipment and associated with the TCR module describe in detail. And the paper shows the design procedures and specifications of TCR software from a different corner.Third, the paper describes the hardware required for TCR software interface, the main analysis of the CF card in the feasibility of a file system.Fourthly, the paper elaborate on the overall TCR software structure design, the design and implementation of sub-module.Finally, software records the data on the TCR to display and check diagnostics put into use.It has well reached the intended effect through debugging systematically with other module of Column-based train control equipment. The conclusion summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this design, hoping to be further improved in the future.
