Design And Implementation Of Base Data Module Of Financial Management System Based On Multi-organization

ABSTRACT:With the development of society and economic, significant changes have been taken place in the organization structure of the enterprises. Enterprises have begun to develop in a large scale in order to meet the demand of market. Large-scale enterprises mainly established in the form of enterprise group.The enterprise group is commonly known as multi-organization enterprise. Business trends cannot be effectively controlled and resource allocation is unreasonable in multi-organization enterprise because of its size. Basic reason is that inefficient internal communication, such as independent operation and fragmented information systems, has seriously hampered the development of enterprise.In this paper, we design and realize a base data module used in financial management system of ERP which is called Aisino A8. Centralized management of base data has been resolved in Aisino A8. In addition, the research of base data management in multi-organization has been done. The main content of this paper is as follows:1. Detailed design and realization of completion of base data module in Aisino A8 Financial Management System. First, we analyze the functional requirement and non-functional requirement. Then we design the base data module based on sharing and isolation in multi-organization according to the system's overall design and practical business needs. Finally, we realize the data module according to the design.2. Scrum has been used in the design of base data module and good result is obtained.3. We development the system based on AOS platform and SQL Server2005, we use Myeclipse6.0 as development tools to complete the design and implementation of this software.4. The Aisino A8 Financial Management System based on this base data module has been successfully applied in Hebei Aisino Company.The research of multi-organization of enterprise in this paper is meaningful to the realization of base data management in financial management system, and will give guide and reference to other similar system.
