Yankuang Group Financial Management Base Financial Management System Design And Implementation

Nowadays, Financial Management(hereinafter referred to as FM) is the important and complex work for the enterprise, which involves the content of the accounting data and financial information to bring certain influence to the development of the enterprises and institutions. For Financial Management System of the national enterprise, the main research purpose of selected topic is Financial Management System design and implementation of enterprises and institutions based on B/S framework, using JavaEE system development technology which guarantees the safe and stable of the structure.The work content of FM can be fully reflected through the system, the modules of Basic Information, FM tasks and FM arrangements, FM projects and Quality Management, Teachers and Students Management, FM facility management, FM material management, FM task orders will be involved into the system design to provide good security foundation for the FM construction.This thesis fully draws lessons from the current domestic and international FM theory, the research results and thoughts of financial software, fully considering the current financial management level of national enterprise or business unit in our country to bring out own design ideas and design methods.During the System design process, upholding the idea of system application software engineering, on the basis of JavaEE structure to development and implement the FM system based on B/S mode. System uses JAVA as a development tool to complete the whole interface design and the content of the foregrounding of the management system, the database of the system is Oracle 10 G which is easy to use with better dilatancy and higher integration level. By using the mentioned ways to make the design of the FM to implement of the production situations of the national enterprise for improving the management efficiency, decreasing the foundation of labor cost.The Graduation Design completed the FM information system design and implementation of YANKUANG GROUP FM base.The good effect of the system, the flexible and reliable characteristics of the system when putting into use in the operation are able to implement the flexible configuration and customization for YANKUANG GROUP when involved the content of FM to meet the basic demand of subsidiary personalized FM, and to provide the whole and perfect FM solutions for the development of the whole group company.The safe and stable operation of the system provides theoretical basis and technical support for the FM system for national enterprises in the future.
