The wide use of power electronic equipment markes harmonic problem serious increasingly in power system,and harmonic becomes the primary factor influencing power quality.The traditional method of harmonic elimination has not been able to satisfy the requirements of the modren power system.Active power filter is an important development trend to control power quality,The shunt active power filter plays the mosr leading role.Active power filter can real-time and dynamic tracking compensation,so inforeign countried has been put into practical application.But,the research and development on APF is still in the laboratory in our county.This thesis do sysemic and deep research on fundamental shunt active power filter.The background,development of APF,the classifications and topology structure of the active power filter are described in detail in the thesis.This thesis summarizes the dominant harmonic detecting methed,and the i_p-i_qmethod based on instantaneous reactive power theory is used as harmonic currents detecting method of APF,anailzes in detail its basic principle and mark simulations.This thesis analyzes the active filter control strategy,an new dead-bead current based on voltage space vector for APF is proposed. This control method determines the reference voltage space vector by using dead-beat current control algorithn to quickly and accurately track the instruction current。With the help of MATLAB,the model simulations are designed based on various parts anoverall of the shunt APF.Simunilation results show that the harmonic currents paly a role in better compensation and the compensation has good dynamic characteristics.Based on TMS320LF2407A as controlling chips and PM30CSJ060 as power unit,this paper completes the active power filter hardware system design and dehugging,and the design of software interface and flowchart of software are given in this thesis.
