With the rapid development of the modern industry,we have more demanding about the load measurement products,and towards to the scene of a large number of signal acquisition, transfer and on the accuracy, reliability of the higher requirements. Now the existing load measurement devices can not meet these requirements, it is necessary to seek a solution to solve this problem.Field bus is the core technology of the Fieldbus Control System(FCS).In this paper, the CAN bus technology is introduced,the composition and structure of CAN bus are studied,and the structure and principle of CAN bus is analyzed.This can significantly reduce the cost of system. The CAN bus is currently one of the most popular fieldbus. The purpose of this study is to finding a practical way to load measured data to the host machine through the CAN bus. This data can be long-distance transmission,and can ensure its timeliness and reliability.Firstly,this article introduce the field bus'concept, features, advantages easily, and introduce some common bus.Secondly,This paper has state the current situation and development of the load measurement. And then presented the CAN bus'protocol and communication theory,and introduces several CAN bus control chips.This article analysis the structre and function of CAN bus depth. Completed the system hardware and system software design. Finally, with the communications of CAN-bus to host computer to complete the target. And the result of test achieves the expectation.The load measuring device has been successfully combined with the CAN bus, and comply the CAN bus standard. It is a good reference to many applications in correlative area.
