| PROFIBUS fieldbus has wide spread usage.it is standardized industrial fielfbus which is used in the traditional way of the automation system, the data acquisition sensors and transmitter equipments mostly have common RS232/ RS485 interface, Which can't compatible with PROFIBUS protocol.The thesis researches the intelligent analysis instrument and PROFIIBUS-DP fieldbus communication protocol, developed the slave station with ordinary RS232/RS485 interface. Paper's main work are summed up as follows:1, study the profibus-dp system structure, message frame format definition, MAC protocols, logic ring management character, Then the thesis designed and developed PROFIBUS-DP Interface Slave station.2, choose Profichip VPC3+C CMOS chip which VIPA company advanced and SILICON company C8051F02X series MCU, complete the hardware design of intelligent profibus-dp interface3, combine with the self-defined serial protocol, complete the software design of intelligent profibus-dp interface. Adopt modularization programming method, realized the function of adjustable message length and initializated configuration.4, established PROFIBUS-DP Master/Slave test system based on PC and Siemens S7-300 PLC.in Siemens S7-300 PLC hardware configuration, joined the self-developed GSD documents, achieved the main data communication to verify the design of the paper.5, In addition, the paper also completed part of the wireless gateway hardware and software design, Interface Board can be can embed in the process control equipment as Intelligent Slave Station,that realize many functions as data collect and control, industrialization producing have competitiveness of stronger market. |
