Airport construction has been vigorously promoted and developed for a few years in our country, the information of which being improved step by step, however, the "information island" problem also exposed with this promotion because plans of airport construction early made are scheduled without a whole and comprehensive view. In consideration of this situation, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) provides an effective solution that realizes information sharing by exchanging data stored in the independent system of enterprise.Data exchange, presented as concept in the last decade of 20 century, is mostly realized with database technology by building a connection channel to transport and exchange data between databases with an exclusive device driver. In the 21 century, database technology has improved a lot, a data-replication technology proposed as a new solution to build data exchange system. Middleware system that meanwhile getting a progress and development in exchanging data, provides the transmission function instead of that in database technology layer and supports data exchanging between isomerous database systems. Message Middleware is the first one to commonly used because of its advantages in stability and reliability; ESB(Enterprise Service Bus), as known as Application Integrated Middleware, provides basic functionalities like communication, interconnection, transformation for exchanging and sharing data to get enterprise systems seamlessly connected by routing, validation, and transformation. This thesis focuses on the data exchange field as the major issue of airport information integration, analyses architecture and functionalities of data exchange system existed and packages airport data as application service with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture). A data exchange system with airport business features will be designed based on ESB as the core runtime container, descripted with "4+1" views, and implemented with OSGi technology as achievement by analyzing system requirement, designing system architecture and developing system functions. At last, a practical case will be analysed as summary.
