Research And Implementation Of Business Process Simulation Technology Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of economic globalization and enterprise business process automation, fierce market competition has made much enterprise aware of that the improvement of business process can improve work efficiency and response to the demand of customer faster in enterprise business management. Process simulation technology is an economical and feasible means to optimize and adjust enterprise business process continually. At present, however, the research of process simulation is still can't meet the needs of the business. Therefore, further research on process simulation technology is very significant.This paper is written based on the important 863 national research project that my laboratory undertaken, analysis and reference to the relevant theoretical research achievement and methods. What's more, Studied business process simulation technology and realized the process simulation system based on B/S architecture. The main job of this paper is as following:1. Analyze and summarize the relevant theory of workflow technology and process simulation technology. What's more, introduced systematically the SynchroFlow workflow computing model based on Petri net from three points such as concept, structure and static description. At the same time, the SynchroFlow workflow model is expended as well as put forward the simulation-oriented process model which can support the business process simulation better.2. Proposes a set of business process evaluation system based on both process structure and performance indicators by comprehensive analyzing the enterprise business process. In addition, the evaluation methods of the business single process and overall process are given respectively, which can provide a basis for the improvement and optimization of business process model. 3. Studied the process simulation mechanism based on discrete event scheduling, and also put forward two algorithms contain acquiring of the workflow's routs and arranging events in a queue. These two kinds of algorithms can support the business process simulation based on the simulation-oriented process model and business process simulation architecture, furthermore, the efficiency of these algorithms is well.4. Design and implement the B/S-structural business process simulation system. In this system, the optimization and improvement of business process can be supported, and it also further verifies the feasibility and availability of the proposed model, algorithm and evaluation system.
