Today,video innovation has become a hotspot in digital information industry , increasingly,two-dimensional display is unable to satisfy people's sensory stimulation and psychological feeling, it lacks realism, the sense of depth and stereo feeling. So, kinds of implementation schemes of 3D stereoscopic display system emerge unceasingly and holographic display technology is one of the most common forms of 3D display technology. Calculation holographic compose hologram, using computer numerical computation instead of physical interference, it does not require actual existence of objects and you only need to know the mathematical description of things waves and put the mathematics description input to a processing computer and draw the hologram. The Calculating hologram can not only fully record light wave amplitude and phase, but also reproduce comprehensive holograms of objects which are not exsit in the world, so,it has the unique advantages and great flexibility. And observers can see the objects from all directions without glasses and other auxiliary devices.Based on the advantages of both the digital holigraphy 3D display technology and the Davinci technology, this paper presents a new 3D display plan: By using the Davinci processor TMS320DM6446 and other peripheral circuits to construct a embedded system ,we can realize the calculation holographic 3D display. This system takes Linux as the software platform, which provides rich device interfaces and system calls.Thus it uses the rich peripherals and the memory connections of TMS320DM6446 processor fully and makes full use of the ARM926EJ-S's powerful control function and C64x+DSP's powerful computation ability.And,at last ,three-dimensional stereoscopic graphics will display to a screen .This plan provides a good embedded platform for the research on 3D display.This paper first discusses the development of holographic technology and generation of Davinci technology and then introduces the significance of the research and the arrangement of the content.Then the paper introduces Davinci development platform, the concept of the Davinci technology , the concept and application of TMS320DM6446 platform, TMS320C64X + DSP core and ARM9.The third chapter outlines the system theory and overall design scheme.,including the hardware circuit and software system design. And the hardware design includes hardware system composition modules, the selection of each module and design of hardware implementation; Expounding the communication mechanism of ARM and DSP, System software design summary including software environment, the software platform, the design principle and system architecture.Finally, this paper mainly discusses the methods and steps of Fourier transform and FFT transform in DSPLIB library used in this subject .This paper gives one implementation scheme to realize three-dimensional holigraphy reappearance by an embedded system .Because it is quite a new attempt in both algorithm and hardware choice, the software algorithm and the programming also need further improvement. The study provides a good embedded experimental platform for image three-dimensional holographic display, also can promote the expanding of three holographic display in embedded design field, and has a good application prospect and innovation value. Finally, solutions and suggestions are proposed towards defects in the design.
