Study Of The Combined Digital Holography Technology And Its Application On Anti-counterfeiting

Digital holography technology has great application value in 3D projection display, anti-counterfeiting technology and other fields. This paper analyzed the domestic and foreign digital holography technology and its applications, and make use of software programming to make the holography coding, recording and simulating reconstruction of the binary images and gray images base on the Fourier transform holographic principle. Research the method of making color digital holography and make it, simulating the reconstruction. Design the making method of combination color dynamic hologram; research the principle of how to make digital combination color dynamic hologram and make it, simulate the dynamic effects. Make the dynamic holographic anti-counterfeiting films, it achieves the desired results. The main work of this paper includes the following contents:1. Make a systematic study of the detour phase type Fourier-transform hologram; make the digital hologram of binary images and gray images and the reconstruction simulation. Analyze the holographic imaging quality influence factor and noise processing algorithm of binary, gray images, and validate it by experiments.2. Research the color image digital hologram coding method, derive the color image coding and reconstruction formulas, and make the color digital hologram and the reconstruction simulation.3. Propose a principle formula of how to make digital combination color dynamic hologram, design the making method of color dynamic hologram: Get the photos of the object which is in different locations at the same time and in the same locations at different times, and then decompose each image into the three primary colors gray images, then make digital holography of these images and compose color images of them. Now arrange the reconstruction images of different locations and the different times by the rules, because of the persistence of vision effect, when the eyes moving on the reconstruction images, the color dynamic holograms can be observed base on the space factor L (θ)and time factor T (t). By this way, make two kinds of color dynamic holograms, and simulate the dynamic display by computer software. 4. According to the dynamic holographic method and the principle, make use of digital DMD laser holographic plate-making equipment to make two kinds of effects dynamic holographic anti-counterfeiting films,compare them with the simulated effects, analyze the factors that influence the dynamic effects of the films.
